Mesa Arts Center’s courteous staff and volunteers strive to serve customers in a friendly, helpful manner with a goal of assuring that each customer’s expectations are met or exceeded and that our customers have a memorable experience at the Mesa Arts Center. Mesa Arts Center programs and activities are developed in response to the diverse needs and interests of the community, and Mesa Arts Center facilities are accessible to all and are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

- We will provide diverse programs and services
- We will be knowledgeable about our Downtown arts and cultural district.
- We will make sure that we are in touch with the community and our programs and services are reflective of the community’s needs.

- We will ensure that customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner.
- We will provide and maintain public tour programs at no cost to participants.

Security
- We will maintain an active and visible Municipal Security presence.
- We will take ownership and immediately report suspicious circumstances, activities, or potential hazardous situations to Municipal Security or the Police.
